If your eSIM is installed but has not connected, keep the profile on the phone and check that it is selected for mobile data.
Connection can be affected by location, network registration and device settings. Restart the phone or reconnect once, then contact support with screenshots if the issue continues.
Do not delete the eSIM before support checks the status.
