Start here: a card or wallet notification does not always mean that a completed eSIM order exists. If no QR code arrives, first look for an order number and confirmation page, then identify the exact email address used at checkout. Do not immediately place a duplicate order, and never post a QR code or unredacted payment screenshot in a public comment.

1. Confirm whether checkout created an order

Open the payment-complete page, browser history, or store account and look for an order number, product, amount, and checkout email. If the bank only shows a pending authorization but the store produced no confirmation or order number, the transaction may still be processing, may have failed after authorization, or may never have reached the order system. The merchant needs to reconcile that status.

2. Find the actual checkout email address

  1. Check the email stored in your wallet, browser autofill, Shop account, or store account.
  2. Look in Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, Archive, and All Mail.
  3. Search for “eSIM,” “QR,” “order,” “activation,” and the store name.
  4. Check for a typo or an Apple Hide My Email relay address.
  5. If a work or university mailbox blocks images or attachments, inspect the order-status page instead.

3. Use the delivery window shown with your order

Some plans are delivered automatically; others may require a destination, date, or device check. Use the timing shown on the product, checkout, or order confirmation. Another buyer receiving a code in a few minutes is not a universal promise. Keep the order page, wait only for the stated window, and then send one complete support request.

Treat the QR code as a credential

Never publish the QR code, an SM-DP+ address together with its activation code, full card details, or an Apple Account password. Someone who obtains a valid credential may download the plan to another device before you do.

What to send support

  • The order number, or the clear statement “no order number was received.”
  • Payment date, time, currency, and amount.
  • The checkout email and a working backup email.
  • Product, destination, and intended activation date.
  • A redacted screenshot showing completed or pending payment.
  • A screenshot of the inbox search and current order-page status.

This lets support separate four different cases: a completed order with a failed email, a mistyped address, a pending payment, or a checkout that never created an order. A message that only says “I did not receive it” usually creates another round of questions.

When the installation email finally arrives

Before scanning, check the plan name, destination, when validity begins, and whether installation should happen before departure or after arrival. Some QR codes can download a profile only once. If you install before reaching the covered country and the line shows inactive, that alone does not prove the plan is defective. Follow the order-specific instructions and use stable Wi-Fi for installation.

If you accidentally placed two orders

Keep both order numbers and payment times. Contact support before scanning or using the second plan. Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on delivery, use, and store terms; using both credentials and later describing one as undelivered makes the case much harder to resolve.

Apple’s official setup guide shows the main delivery formats you may receive, including a QR code, carrier link, or manual details: Set up eSIM on iPhone.

Check the device, itinerary, and real usage before buying

If you paid but have neither an order number nor installation details, send the transaction time and checkout email for reconciliation instead of paying twice. Coverage, speed, validity, hotspot use, and activation rules depend on the selected plan and order instructions. Actual performance also varies with the local network, indoor coverage, congestion, and device; a fixed speed cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-sale or order support: email the full phone model, purchase region, destination, travel dates, trip length, essential apps, hotspot needs, and the relevant screenshots from this guide to wenz75938@gmail.com. Hide card numbers, passwords, QR codes, and activation codes first.

For teams, high-volume data, or reseller enquiries, use the same email and include countries, number of users, days, estimated usage per person, and hotspot requirements for an individual assessment and quote.
