1. Seller and Products

ChinaCheckPick is an independent online retailer of prepaid travel eSIM data plans. Unless expressly stated otherwise, plans provide mobile data only and do not include a local phone number, voice calls or SMS.

2. Digital Delivery

Activation information and installation instructions are delivered electronically to the email address supplied at checkout after payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for supplying a correct and accessible email address.

3. Device Requirements

The device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Compatibility can vary by exact model, country of manufacture and carrier restrictions. Customers must verify compatibility before purchase.

4. Installation and Activation

Follow the instructions supplied with the order. Do not repeatedly scan the QR code, delete the eSIM or reset network settings before contacting support. A QR code may be limited to one installation.

5. Coverage and Performance

Service is supplied through third-party eSIM providers and mobile network operators. Coverage, speed, latency and 4G/5G availability vary by location, device, congestion, terrain and operator maintenance. Continuous or uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

6. Validity and Usage

The applicable data allowance, coverage area, validity period and activation rule are shown in the product or order information. Customers must review the plan details before purchase.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the published Refund Policy. Installed, activated or used eSIM products are generally non-refundable except where a verified product defect or mandatory law applies.

8. Acceptable Use

The service must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, network abuse or conduct prohibited by the applicable operator.
